IC200CPUE05 Functional Description

The IC200CPUE05 is a versatile and powerful PLC central processing unit (CPU) that shares many of the core features found in other VersaMax PLC CPUs. Designed for compact and flexible systems, the IC200CPUE05 offers robust PLC functionality, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. This CPU can manage up to 64 modules, with the capability to handle up to 2048 I/O points, providing extensive control over large systems.

Equipped with both RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, the IC200CPUE05 supports seamless serial communication, enabling efficient data transfer between devices. Additionally, it includes a built-in Ethernet interface, allowing for easy network connectivity and integration into modern automation systems. The RS-232 port can be configured for Local Station Manager operation, providing direct access to diagnostic information about the Ethernet interface.

With 128KB of configurable memory, the IC200CPUE05 offers flexible storage options for program and configuration data. It is also compatible with the EZ Program Store device, which allows users to write, read, update, and verify programs and configurations without the need for a traditional programming tool or software. This makes the IC200CPUE05 an excellent choice for a wide range of control applications.

VersaMax Series benefits

• Very good coverage on dark fabrics without a lot of puff.

• Perfect for a printer wanting only one ink in their shop for all printing.

• Very good bleed resistance on 100% polyester.

• Softer hand feel when compared to our other “universal” inks.

• Creamy ink viscosity for manual and automatic screen printing equipment.

TIPS AND TRICKS:

• Versamax Series white and colors offer great opacity and bleed resistance. If you ever want to improve upon this, consider a high solids emulsion or simply more coats of emulsion to create a thicker stencil.

• Versamax Series is not highly recommended on sublimated polyester fabrics, even with the addition of ELT Digital Black Underbase. Consider Versamax Extreme Series.

• Versamax Series colors can be printed directly on dark fabrics without a white underbase.

Simply print-flash-print the color to get great opacity.
