07DC92 GJR5252200R0101 Functional Description
The 07 DC 92 is a digital input/output module designed for use as a remote module on the CS31 system bus. It features 32 configurable channels, which can be individually set as inputs, outputs, or re-readable outputs (combined input/output), depending on the needs of the user program. The 07 DC 92 operates with a supply voltage of 24 V DC, and its input/output channels are grouped into four sections, each electrically isolated from one another and from the rest of the unit, ensuring operational stability and protection.
The 07 DC 92's outputs are transistor-based, rated for a nominal load of 0.5 A, and are protected against overload and short circuits. The module occupies two digital addresses on the CS31 system bus, and it can be configured solely as an output module, eliminating the need for input addresses.
Unlike some other modules, the 07 DC 92 does not store configuration data; instead, the user program defines each channel’s function. The module's front panel includes 32 yellow LEDs to indicate the status of each channel, a red LED (LED 3) to signal error conditions, and a test button for diagnostics.

The AC31 system includes the 40, 50, and 90 series.
