MVI94-MCM Functional Description
The Prosoft MVI94-MCM Modbus Master/Slave Communication Module enables seamless communication between Rockwell Automation FLEX processors and Modbus-compatible devices. This versatile module allows integration with a wide range of devices, including Modicon PLCs, which fully support the Modbus protocol, as well as various end devices that use Modbus for communication.

MVI94-MCM Features and Benefits
The inRAx Modbus Master/Slave Communication Module is designed to allow FLEX processors to interface easily with Modbus protocolcompatible devices and hosts.
The MVI94-MCM module acts as an input/output module between the Modbus network and the FLEX backplane. The data transfer from the FLEX processor is asynchronous from the actions on the Modbus network.
Many host SCADA applications support the Modbus protocol, while devices commonly supporting the protocol include several PLCs, as well as many other third party devices in the marketplace.
