IC200ALG322 Functional Description
The IC200ALG322 is a Versamax analog output module designed by GE Fanuc to facilitate the connection of various outputs to the main processor within a circuit. Featuring four analog voltage outputs, this module acts as a crucial connector for equipment requiring such interfaces. While the module draws power from the shared backplane power supply used by the entire Versamax PLC system, the outputs themselves require an external power source for proper operation.
The IC200ALG322 Analog Output Module is equipped with intelligent processing capabilities, managed by the main CPU of the Versamax system. It also includes built-in diagnostic methods, providing valuable reports that help users detect potential power loss on field-side circuits. These diagnostics ensure that users can monitor the module's performance and confirm whether its connections are functioning as expected.
Before installation, it is important to inspect the General Electric IC200ALG322 On Sale Large Stock Plc Controller and record the device's serial numbers, along with retaining all shipping containers and packing materials for future reference. This module operates with an output voltage of +/-10.24 Volts DC and supports a resistive load of at least 5000 Ohms. It offers a resolution of 12 bits and maintains an accuracy of +/-0.3 to 1 percent when used within the temperature range of 25°C to 60°C. The IC200ALG322 Analog Input, 16 Bit RTD 4 Channels consumes 210 milliamps of current and features a channel-to-channel crosstalk rejection of 70 dB minimum. While the module is resilient to high temperatures, it may experience performance degradation when exposed to environments with excessive radiofrequency interference.

VersaMax Micro, Micro PLUS and Nano PLC Models
Introduction
Versions of these compact, powerful controllers are available for AC and DC power, and with several different combinations of discrete and analog input and output points. This chapter compares the features of the many VersaMax Nano, Micro and Micro PLUS PLC models that are available. Micro PLUS 20/40/64 CPUs have enhanced memory compared to earlier versions of these CPUs. Firmware versions 4.00 and later cannot be used with the earlier hardware versions.
The VersaMax® PLC family of products includes a broad range of small-size programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with big-PLC features. The VersaMax family includes Nano PLCs (10 points), Micro PLCs (up to 176 I/O points), and Micro PLUS PLCs (up to 320 I/O points) using optional Expansion Units. These small PLCs are the perfect solution for applications such as packaging machines, dispensing machines, and relay replacement.
Changes to the program that do not modify the size of the program are considered wordfor-word changes. Examples include changing the type of contact or coil or changing a reference address used for an existing function block. Changing an operand is usually a word-for-word change. A word-for-word change can be made and downloaded to the PLC while online in programmer mode without having to download the entire block of logic.
