IC694MDL742 Functional Description
The IC694MDL742 is a 16-point output module designed by GE Fanuc Automation, specifically for use in the RX3i PLC system. The IC694MDL742 16-point output module is organized into two groups, each containing 8 outputs that operate with negative logic, making it suitable for various industrial automation applications.

This module includes two protection circuits: one for outputs 1-8 and another for outputs 9-16. These mechanisms detect short circuits and immediately deactivate the affected outputs, preventing further damage. When a fault is detected, the IC694MDL742 module activates a Fault LED to alert users.
The IC694MDL742 16-point output module operates on a DC voltage range of 12 to 24 Volts, with a tolerance of -15% to +20%, offering stability in a wide range of conditions.
