IC200TBM002 Functional Description
The IC200TBM002 auxiliary I/O terminal strip is a box-style component designed to enhance wiring connections in industrial environments. Manufactured by GE Fanuc and GE Intelligent Platforms as part of the VersaMax product line, this device offers 18 internally-bussed IEC box-style connecting terminals. Its main function is to provide additional wiring for terminal-style input/output (I/O) carriers, as well as interposing input/output terminals. The IC200TBM002 New GE Fanuc Emerson is designed with mounting tabs on the top edge and insert-slots beneath the I/O terminals or I/O carriers, facilitating easy and convenient installation.
This IC200TBM002 Box-Style Auxiliary I/O Terminal Strip is built to support environments with significant vibrations, thanks to its panel-mounting holes that ensure added stability. It accommodates current levels up to 8 Amps and voltage ratings of up to 264 Volts AC. Notably, the IC200TBM002 can tolerate voltage up to 300 Volts AC without damage, making it versatile in a variety of applications.
The IC200TBM002 VersaMax I/O auxilary box style is electrically isolated from the interposing I/O terminals or I/O carrier, requiring all necessary electrical references for proper connections. It can be connected with a solid stranded cable, with wire gauges ranging from AWG #14 to AWG #22. The terminal also supports two wires with a maximum gauge of AWG #18. Designed for ease of use, the IC200TBM002 offers substantial space between input and output carriers and interposing terminals, ensuring effective and reliable wiring in industrial settings.

VersaMax Micro, Micro PLUS and Nano PLC Models
Introduction
Versions of these compact, powerful controllers are available for AC and DC power, and with several different combinations of discrete and analog input and output points. This chapter compares the features of the many VersaMax Nano, Micro and Micro PLUS PLC models that are available. Micro PLUS 20/40/64 CPUs have enhanced memory compared to earlier versions of these CPUs. Firmware versions 4.00 and later cannot be used with the earlier hardware versions.
The VersaMax® PLC family of products includes a broad range of small-size programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with big-PLC features. The VersaMax family includes Nano PLCs (10 points), Micro PLCs (up to 176 I/O points), and Micro PLUS PLCs (up to 320 I/O points) using optional Expansion Units. These small PLCs are the perfect solution for applications such as packaging machines, dispensing machines, and relay replacement.
Changes to the program that do not modify the size of the program are considered wordfor-word changes. Examples include changing the type of contact or coil or changing a reference address used for an existing function block. Changing an operand is usually a word-for-word change. A word-for-word change can be made and downloaded to the PLC while online in programmer mode without having to download the entire block of logic.
